About Ophthalmology Center
The Ophthalmology Center is an ophthalmology practice in downtown Düsseldorf (Schadowstraße 80). The team around Prof. Dr. med. Thomas Laube, Prof. Dr. med. Norbert Bornfeld, Prof. Dr. med. Joachim Esser, Dr. med. Matthias Elling and Dr. med. Selma Tiedtke offers the full spectrum of ophthalmology: consultation and diagnostics, refractive surgery (LASIK, lenses), cataract and glaucoma surgery, retinal and eyelid surgery, keratoconus treatment as well as orthoptics and contact lens fitting. The practice is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and accepts private patients as well as all statutory health insurance patients; appointments are also possible without a referral.
