University Hospital Bonn (UKB) is a maximum care provider and the third-largest employer in the Bonn/Rhein-Sieg region with approximately 9,900 employees. It treats over 500,000 patients annually on an outpatient and inpatient basis, as well as approximately 40,000 emergency patients. Most clinics and institutes are located on the Venusberg campus in Bonn. The UKB offers top-level medicine in 38 clinics and 31 institutes and works closely with the Medical Faculty of the University of Bonn.
