About Institute for Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology and Neuroradiology
The Institute for Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology and Neuroradiology at the University Hospital Essen is one of the most modern diagnostic imaging departments in Europe with over 200 employees. With comprehensive equipment at the highest technological level, the institute offers the entire spectrum of radiological diagnostics and therapy, including CT, MRI, PET-CT, PET-MRI and angiography. In addition to the main location at the University Hospital Essen, the institute also provides radiological services to the Elisabeth Hospital Essen, the St. Marien Hospital in Mülheim and the Philippusstift Essen.
