The sports medicine outpatient clinic of the University of Wuppertal under the direction of Univ.-Prof. Dr. Dr. Thomas Hilberg offers comprehensive sports medicine examinations and advice for patients of all ages. The team of physicians, sports and nutrition scientists caters to non-athletes, returnees, recreational athletes as well as competitive athletes and squad athletes. As a certified examination centre of the German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB) and the North Rhine-Westphalia State Sports Association, regular sports medicine preventive examinations including performance diagnostics are carried out.
