About Department I of Internal Medicine - University Hospital Cologne
The Department I of Internal Medicine at Cologne University Hospital is a department for oncology, haematology, clinical infectiology, clinical immunology, haemostaseology and internal intensive care medicine. Patients with cancer, diseases of the blood and lymphatic system, infections in immunocompromised patients as well as HIV infections and rheumatological conditions are treated here. The department is part of the Centre for Integrated Oncology (CIO) Cologne and offers outpatient and inpatient care at the Kerpener Straße and Weyertal sites in Cologne.
