About Department of Neurology - University Hospital Cologne
The Department of Neurology at Cologne University Hospital is a supraregional care department and one of the largest neurological clinics in Germany with over 5,000 inpatients annually. Focus areas include stroke treatment (own certified stroke unit and neurological intensive care), movement disorders with deep brain stimulation, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, dementia as well as neuromuscular and neuro-oncological disorders. There is 24-hour emergency care plus outpatient and inpatient care with numerous specialist outpatient clinics. The department is located in building 30 on the Cologne University Hospital site in Cologne-Lindenthal.
